Well that was a blooming good show the parish put on this weekend to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee!
As proven, we are not ones to do things by halves around here. From the colourful decorations around the parish to the royal themed scarecrow competition our two beautiful villages were brought to life.
FRIDAY 3RD JUNE ~ JUBILEE FEST
Friday night saw party vibes at the Jubilee Fest…with the most insane fireworks and dancing closing the show!

SATURDAY 4TH JUNE ~ CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST AT GREAT MARTINS
An exquisite champagne breakfast was hosted by Lord Brownlow in his quite remarkable home.

SUNDAY 5TH JUNE ~ THE BIG LUNCH
And closing the weekend was the big family lunch at the spacious Shurlock row cricket club, full of singing, fancy dress, traditional fete games and a royal pageant
